About Kate
I trained as a teacher and left the profession in 2004 to work in Design. I had my colours analysed in 2005 and was instantly hooked, so I went to train in Colour Analysis. I enjoyed working with clients so much I wanted to grow my knowledge and therefore, went on to complete the full Colour Me Beautiful Image Consultancy qualification. I continue to further my skills by attending courses in women's fashion and completing additional makeup training. I have been running my rapidly expanding business in London and Gloucestershire for five years.
From working closely with my Image Consultancy clients, helping some of them to overcome issues of poor body image, self esteem and confidence, I became interested in the process of Life Coaching and how it empowers individuals to make changes in their lives to enable them to reach their full potential and be who they want to be. I am passionate about helping people and thrive on seeing my clients making progress towards their goals; becoming more confident in what they can achieve and as a result, a much happier person.
I am qualified in Edexcel BTEC Level 2 and 3 in Personal and Executive Life Coaching and have been running my practice alongside my Image Consultancy work since March 2008.
I now live and work in Gloucestershire, but regularly travel to London and the south east to see clients.
