In my role as an Image Consultant I can help you to understand how to dress yourself best according to your colouring, personality, body shape, proportions and budget.
An appointment with me is money well spent... it will stop you wasting any more time in shops feeling frustrated and disheartened and any more money on clothes and makeup that just don't do you justice. It is an investment that really will last a lifetime!
As a Life Coach I help you get to where you want to be in your life, your head and your heart. At some stage of your life you need someone to listen to you, to help you in finding your way forward. To support and challenge you when you feel like giving up; someone who focuses totally on you, on what you want in your life, and on what will help you achieve it.
I am a qualified Life Coach, trained to work with individuals on a personal basis, as well as within companies, to help them achieve their goals. Encouragement and guidance is given in areas such as achieving work/life balance, career or job changes, assertiveness and increasing self confidence. However, we can address almost any area of your life, as long as you are committed to taking action to achieve positive change.
